My History in the Biz

I started drawing at Six Flags Over Texas in 1973. I thoroughly enjoyed being an artist at this theme park for the next 6 years while I paid my way through a BFA degree in Art History at North Texas University.

After college, I travelled through the Southwestern U.S. and sailed the western coast of Baja Mexico. Eventually, I settled in lovely San Diego. I set up my own business drawing caricatures at SeaPort Village from 1982 until 1996 (I think).

Now, I am a Special Education Teacher in Clearwater, Florida. (Not that big of a jump... really!) I will always have a fondness of caricature art and continue to be available for local events, commissioned caricatures, and Parties.
