This mural holds many fond memories for me. Grapevine, Texas was a wonderful
place to grow up while observing civic pride and family values on a daily
basis. The mural was painted on the side of Mr. Wood's hardware store
on Main Street. The characters (even the dog) were borrowed from the Grapevine
History Book.
